Nicht wirklich. Wo die zu änderte Addressierung steht, wird nicht verraten und ich finde mit Exlporer Suite nichts in der .exe. Bin auch auf einen anderen Thread mit einem Programm gestoßen, das geht aber nur bis 13.
Nachtrag:
Habe eine Anleitung gefunden.
The following instructions are cribbed from
SteamPowered Forums:
- Make a backup of the game EXE (i.e. 'Oblivion.exe') and (if a
Steam game) Steam's 'GameOverlayRenderer.dll' (an easy way is to just
copy the file, then paste it into the same directory, or the Desktop, or
anywhere else). - Download "CFF Explorer" from the NT Core site or CFF Explorer file.
- Launch "CFF Explorer" and open the game EXE (i.e. 'Oblivion.exe':
File -> Open -> navigate to the Oblivion install folder and select
'Oblivion.exe') - In the left side of the window, choose the "File Header" section under "Nt Headers"
- Look on the right side for the row starting with "Characteristics",
and the "Click here" field. Click there. (A context menu appears for
the next part). - Select/enable the checkbox for "App can handle >2gb addresses" and click 'OK'.
- Save the file (File > Save).
- Repeat 3-7 for Steam's 'GameOverlayRenderer.dll' and any other files you believe needed.
- Exit "CFF Explorer" and start up your game normally.

Zusammen mit IGNORE_LEAGUE_LIMITATTION=1 in der user.ini unter eigene dokumente funktioniert es jetzt endlich.
